WinPKR 17 Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the WinPKR 17 platform — whether through the website at winpkr17.pro or through the WinPKR 17 mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who have not registered an account.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using WinPKR 17 immediately and, if you hold an account, contact support to arrange its closure. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a WinPKR 17 account you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any other person.
• You must not already hold another WinPKR 17 account, whether active or previously suspended.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep this information current throughout your use of the platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee of WinPKR 17 or an immediate family member of such an employee.

WinPKR 17 carries out identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification document. Accounts that cannot be verified remain restricted until verification is complete. WinPKR 17 does not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at that time.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on WinPKR 17 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet services

Deposits are credited to your WinPKR 17 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases for JazzCash and Easypaisa, this happens within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by WinPKR 17 within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time you submit a withdrawal request.

WinPKR 17 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside WinPKR 17's control. Always check with your bank or mobile wallet provider before initiating a transfer.

4 Betting Rules

WinPKR 17 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, Esports, tennis, basketball and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• WinPKR 17 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — specific settlement rules apply based on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method for weather-affected matches and other standard cricket betting conventions.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed when you place a bet.
• WinPKR 17 may limit the maximum stake on individual markets or for individual accounts at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on the individual outcomes of each selection. A single void selection causes the accumulator to be recalculated without that leg.

WinPKR 17 takes the integrity of sports betting seriously. Any evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting activity will result in the relevant bets being voided and the accounts involved being suspended, with the matter reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

WinPKR 17 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance or free bets, as specified in the relevant offer.
• Bonus balance is subject to a wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• WinPKR 17 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus balance is forfeited automatically.
• Bets placed using bonus balance that are subsequently voided do not count towards wagering requirements.
• WinPKR 17 may require additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus winnings.

6 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinPKR 17 username and password. All activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection.

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Evidence of, or reasonable suspicion of, fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including multi-accounting.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to give an unfair advantage.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward other platform users or WinPKR 17 staff.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Any balance held at the time of suspension remains in the account and will be released if the account is reinstated. Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, WinPKR 17 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. On closure, any real-money balance after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to your registered payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

WinPKR 17 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform works to maintain continuous service availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control. WinPKR 17 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from periods of unavailability.

WinPKR 17 is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect information or misunderstanding of market rules.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits WinPKR 17's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

WinPKR 17 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
